Testimonials
Tim was my realtor for my purchase in 2014, this guy is the best hands down. The house I wanted was in probate he handled everything so well and the transaction was timely and smooth. Highly recommended !!!!!- Robin Young
I chose Tim Craig at Coldwell Banker Realty based on his impeccable reputation among the NW Arkansas community. I asked numerous businessmen, friends, family, and civic leaders. Everyone said “Tim Craig”. I attest to the fact that “word of mouth” is the best advertisement. From day 1, Tim guided us through the entire process of selling our Mom’s Sulphur Springs home after she passed away. No ordinary sale, Tim dealt seamlessly with a probate attorney, the court, and title company all the while I lived out of state. He even provided guidance and options to the lesser-experienced buyer’s realtor. It’s no mystery why Tim has such a stellar reputation. If you need a highly experienced, ethical realtor then Tim Craig should be your choice. Thank you, Tim and God’s blessings.- Norman Barnett
